Beginner Series
Does strength training seem confusing or intimidating to you? When did everyone start speaking the same language of squat, reps, push, brace, and progressive overload? And why does the TikTok “workout for beginners” video leave you feeling more confused?
Movement & Mindset is here to make strength training simplified. Our four week program is designed to help absolute beginners learn and feel confident in strength training. In four weeks you will leave feeling stronger, not just physically but mentally. We are starting at the beginning and telling you everything you need to know - absolutely no prior experience required.

Four spots available per class and are first come first serve!

For the month of January, we have three different class options. Whichever one you sign up for, you’ll be attending that time for the entirety for the series.
The M/W series are 4 weeks meeting: 1/5, 1/7, 1/12, 1/14, 1/19, 1/21, 1/26, and 1/28.
The Saturday series is 8 weeks and will be meeting: 1/10, 1/17, 1/24, 1/31, 2/7, 2/14, 2/21, and 2/28.

We will be going over all the fundamental movement patterns - pushing, pulling, squatting, and hinging.
For example, on Tuesday, we will be doing deadlifts, shoulder presses, reverse lunges, and rows. (Just to name a few!)

We know classes with 20+ people can be overwhelming!
Our class is capped at 4 people to ensure you’re executing great form and you get all your questions answered!

This is a progressive class, so we are looking for people who can commit to the full series!
