Small Group Training

Working out is more fun with friends!

Strength training doesn't need to feel intimidating or confusing. We've brought together the personalized programming of Personal Training
and combined it with the community of group fitness.


Small Group Training will help you feel more confident as you build strength in the gym. our experienced and empathetic coaches will
help to push you while ensuring that your form is pristine. 

Groups are capped at four people to create a safe and intimate setting for you to explore new exercises and ask any questions along the way!

Our Small Group Training cycles work in 8 week blocks. The first week we cover our main lifts and take a deep dive into form.  After  you feel comfortable with the form, we can start building progressions!

Each week, the exercises will get about 5 to 10% harder.  This is a process called Progressive Overload.  By giving your body that  little push every week, we are able to give our body the cue to get stronger without over exhausting our muscles.

This is a tried and true process and the foundation of strength training.

Although we see people with many different goals, functionality is always at our forefront! Our mission is to help you feel stronger in your day-to-day life by building strength and proving to yourself that you can do hard things.

We have seen incredible progress with our Small Group Training clients, as they work through a true progressive program and have a community to cheer them on!
