We will meet you where you are and create a program that’s completely tailored to you - your body, your goals, your needs, and your preferences. We’ll help you build a routine that feels realistic and sustainable, so your progress sticks long after each session.

Personal Training, Personalized for You

When we say personal training - we mean it. Every program is built specifically for you, based on your goals, your body, and what you need most right now. We’ll adjust things along the way to make sure your workouts challenge you without ever feeling overwhelming, helping you find the balance that leads to real, lasting progress. And it’s more than just a workout - we’re here to guide you through the ups and downs that come with any fitness journey, so you can stay consistent, confident, and proud of how far you’ve come.

Personal Training is offered between 9am-5:30pm.

our process

It all starts with a complimentary Intro call. You’ll chat with a member of our team who will take the time to learn about you: your goals, your background, and what you’re looking for in a coach. This helps us make sure Movement & Mindset is the perfect fit for you!

Next comes your first session. This is our chance to see your body in action, understand how you move naturally, and identify where we’re starting from. From there, we use everything we’ve learned to design a fullycustomized program built around your goals, your abilities, and your lifestyle.

And as you grow, your program grows with you. We’ll keep adjusting, challenging, and supporting you every step of the way to make sure you continue to feel strong, capable, and confident in your progress.

Personal Training is offered between 9am-5:30pm.


1. MOBILITY

We start every session by opening up your range of motion and improving joint control - helping your body move better and feel better.

2. MOVEMENT PREP

Next, we get your body ready for what’s ahead with intentional prep work that activates the right muscles and reinforces great movement patterns.

3. POWER / CENTRAL NERVOUS SYSTEM PREP

Now it’s time to wake up your brain and body. We’ll build athleticism, sharpen coordination, and help you feel powerful and explosive through skill-based drills.

4. STRENGTH TRAINING

Here’s where we dig in. Most sessions include full-body training so we can work all major movement patterns efficiently - getting great results even with just 2–3 sessions per week.

5. FINISHER / FOCUS WORK

We wrap up each session with what your body needs most that day - whether it’s mobility, core work, accessory lifts, or cardio - to leave you feeling balanced and accomplished.
