Client Experience Associate 

About the Role

Movement & Mindset is seeking a Membership Advisor to be the first point of connection for prospective clients and an ongoing touchpoint for our community. This role is centered around building relationships, guiding potential clients through their fitness journey, and ensuring every interaction feels personal, thoughtful, and aligned with our values. You’ll lead consultation calls, nurture new leads, follow up with intention, and stay connected with current members to support retention and long-term engagement. While this is a revenue-driving role, the approach is rooted in trust, connection, and helping people find the right fit.

Key Responsibilities

Consultations & Conversions

  • Lead warm, personalized consultation calls with inbound leads

  • Understand each client’s goals and recommend the most appropriate membership or offering

  • Guide prospects through the decision-making process with clarity and confidence

  • Maintain a high level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail in every interaction

Lead Nurturing & Follow-Ups

  • Execute timely and thoughtful follow-ups with all new inquiries and past leads

  • Build relationships over time through consistent, personalized communication

  • Track conversations and maintain organized lead pipelines

Outbound Outreach

  • Proactively reach out to past leads, trial clients, and inactive members

  • Re-engage potential clients through text, email, and other communication channels

  • Identify opportunities to bring people back into the community


Client Experience & Retention

  • Build strong relationships with clients to support engagement and satisfaction

  • Identify at-risk members and take proactive steps to retain them

  • Help to plan community events to support the client experience

Sales Funnel Contribution

  • Provide feedback on lead quality, common objections, and conversion trends

  • Support the refinement of consultation flow, messaging, and overall client journey

  • Collaborate with the team to continuously improve the client experience from first touch to long-term retention

  • Naturally relationship-driven—you remember details and follow up thoughtfully

  • Confident guiding conversations and helping people make decisions

  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple conversations at once

  • Comfortable with sales, but aligned with a consultative, non-pushy approach

  • Passionate about health, fitness, and community

Compensation

  • Part Time - Hybrid

  • $18/hour + commission
