What to Expect
Small Group Training combines individualized coaching, progressive programming, accountability, and community support.
Classes are capped at 4 people so every client receives personalized attention and coaching.

Is this beginner friendly?

Yes! We are open to people of all levels! Are coaches are prepared to meet you where you’re at, so you will feel comfortable while also being challenged.

What should I bring?

A water bottle, a clean pair of socks or inside-only shoes, and your phone!
How early should I arrive?

Please arrive to the studio 5-10 minutes before your session starts.
Can I modify exercises?

Absolutely! We are happy to give modifications. Your safety and comfort is our #1 priority.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so in advance. Any cancellation within 24 hours of the session start time will be considered a “late-cancel” and will result in the client losing the session credit.
