If you love the energy of NYC group fitness, but still want to feel like you’re getting personalized attention, our group fitness classes are for you!

Our group fitness classes are limited to 8 people, and our experienced coaches always put form first, ensuring that your safety is paramount.

Group fitness classes are a great way to get your workout in while also making some new friends in the city!

And the best part? We have something for everyone!!

  • Signature Strength is an OPEN LEVEL strength class. You can expect to work through 3-4 functional circuits using various pieces of equipment. We give progressions and regressions for all movements, so no matter what level you're at you can feel perfectly challenged!

    Barbell Club is a technique-focused class to help you buil confidence in your barbell work. Open to all levels!

    Beginners:

    Learn proper form in a safe, educational environment. We will practice with mobility sticks before moving on to weight to ensure safety.

    Advanced:

    Get your technique checked by a coach. Learn tips and trics on how to feel the strongest in our lifts!

  • In this 30-minute class, we'll guide you through a full-body mobility series designed to improve joint health and increase your movement potential. Mobility is all about creating tension to unlock your joints. While stretching targets your muscles, mobility works to open up and stabilize your joints, leading to a range of benefits like better posture, decreased injury risk, enhanced flexibility, improved athletic performance, and improved ability to lift heavy. Led by Jane VanderVoort, Functional Range Conditioning specialist, this class will empower you to move with more control, strength, and confidence.
