Saturday Strength with Coach Jane

Get stronger with our brand new Saturday Strength class! Every week, we follow a strength based program that teaches you new skills while challenging you to reach new levels. This class is open to all levels and uses a mix of equipment, including kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, and cardio machines. Movement & Mindset classes always put education and form at the forefront! You can expect to leave this class feeling stronger and smarter. We take time for questions and will always make sure you're feeling your best in your movements!
