Small Group Training

Small group training gives you the benefits of personal training combined with the benefits of group fitness! Each group is limited to 4 people. Groups are created by similar goals, exercise history, & personalities. Small groups have a TON of 1:1 attention, which is what sets this apart from most group training in NYC. This is the perfect way to reach your goals, learn more about form/new exercises, and make new friends! This is a Drop-In class, so there is no long-term commitment. Please make sure to sign up each week!
