Perfect! Small Group Training is designed for all levels. Your coach will personalize the program to meet you where you are and help you progress safely. We recommend starting off with our True Beginner classes before exploring our other Small Group Training options.

Small Group Training isn’t just for beginners! Intermediate and advanced lifters benefit from having a coach to keep your programming smart, ensure you’re progressing, and fine-tune your form as the weights get heavier. We’ll push you when you need it, support you on the tough days, and help you stay consistent through the natural ups and downs of training.

Unlike large group fitness classes, Small Group Training is progressive, personalized, and capped at 4 people. Every session builds on the last, with real attention to your form, goals, and progress.

Just a water bottle, workout clothes, and yourself! We’ll provide everything else.

Most of our members train with us 2–3 times per week, but your coach will help you decide the right frequency based on your goals. Book your free consultation here to learn more!

After your trial period, our Small Group Training program requires a 3-month minimum commitment to give you time to see real progress. After that, memberships continue month-to-month. If you’d like to cancel, we ask for 30 days’ notice so we can adjust schedules and offer your spot to someone else.
